Comment: I can now squat down and completely bend my knee for the first time in over a year. The pain was so bad. The doctor showed me my xray early signs of degenerative arthritis. Now after 3 months of taking IH joint relief and I can bend my knee. This product really works. It is truly amazing, however, it does not work overnight it does take a few weeks. I will continue to take this forever as there is no side effects at all. Actually it makes you have a overall feeling of wellness which must be from the fish oil. Do not try the 30 day trial on this product Comment: I tried the 30 day trial for my wrist injury and they charged my account 13 days into the trial. I canceled my order 13 days after i received product and received auto ship two days later. I feel they had no intention of waiting the 30 days as I questioned the cust. serv. rep on the phone when i got the trial bottle and he said to make sure to cancel by 15 days to be on the safe side so they wouldn't charge my debit account.
