Comment: I tried a "Benadryl" sleep aid and it didn't work for me. When I take one of these, I do get sleepier and fall asleep. It really does work. Since it's made with natural ingredients, you can take two doses if one is not enough.
And to the reviewer who gave it one star because the packaging was loud: yes, it's very loud. But there are many ways around that. The product itself works, and it doesn't deserve the 1 star rating.

Summary: Doesn't keep me asleep - Waste of money
Comment: I took one pill at 11pm. By midnight I was wonderfully sleepy and fell asleep as soon as I shut my eyes. I did a groggy dance for about 5 hours where I was still asleep but also aware of my surroundings, ie. real life kept sneaking in. This happened about 5 or 6 times, this half-awake groggy awareness. By 5:30 a.m., I was completely awake and having "awake" thoughts. I lay there for 30 minutes to see if I would fall back asleep. When it became clear that I was actually awake and wouldn't be falling back to sleep without help, I took another pill. This is exactly what the directions on the box say to do: "Chew one tablet...any time during the night. Take another tablet if desired." It is now 9:30 a.m. and I'm still wide awake. One thing I can say, I don't feel groggy. I don't have that dreaded "took a sleeping pill last night" hangover, but I definitely don't feel fully rested. Will not buy this again.
EDIT: Ok, next night, second attempt. I took two pills straight away this time. I was tired in about 30 minutes, but it took me an hour to fall asleep. And four hours later, here I am awake again and can't fall back asleep. So basically, this "sleep aid" does...nothing. I can get four hours of sleep on my own and it wouldn't cost me 10 bucks. Please note, I usually have no difficulty staying asleep. I sleep like a truck. So this pill is what's causing me to wake up prematurely and be unable to fall back asleep. The reason I'm using a sleep aid is because I have difficulty falling asleep and will often lie there for hours before I do.

Comment: This product does just as claimed, and I recommend it highly. It encourages me to fall asleep promptly, and even if taken at 3AM, I can function in the morning without drowsiness. The chewable formulation is a fantastic idea. Dependable, natural rest is a great comfort.

Comment: this product worked really well. I needed to get to sleep to wake up for an 8 am class..and thats almost impossible in a college dorm. I couldnt fall asleep for like 2 hours and it was already 1:30. I had previously bought these thinking i might use them sometime if needed and so i took one. I felt drowsy really soon and fell asleep definately within 25-30 minutes. I woke up before my alarm even went off and didnt feel sleepy the entire day. It worked great!
