Summary: Over Priced redundant magazine.
Comment: Todays Black Woman could be a good magazine if it wasn't overpriced and if they did not feature the same 2 cents articles and "relationship quizzes" in every single magazine. The other half that is wrong with this magazine is that they are filled with a lot print advertisements for haircare and skincare products. If you were going to buy one or two magazines a year it wouldn't be so bad but you would really waste your money if you purchased a subscription or if you brought more than 3 mags. a year. The articles that they write about on the front cover are very very bland and fall short. I stopped wasting my money on this pathetic magazine one year ago after buying 5 magazines. I wish someone would have informed before hand.

Comment: This magazine is one that black women can relate to. The magazine always has articles related to professional black women in business. The magazine also gives black women tips on different products to use for our hair, skin, and nails. There is always an article relating to what we as black women go through in our love lives. This magazine is a great magazine and I always read it.

Summary: Juicy Stuff
Comment: When I first read Today's Black Woman I was in college. I had picked it up at a record store wanting something to read for later. This magazine is so good I could not put it down. What makes this a great magazine is the fact that it covers a variety of issues such as relationships, hair, style, and financial issues. I feel this magaines main focus is relationships. Some of the topics concerning relationships one can relate to at one point or another in their lives. It is also a good magazine for woman who are just starting out with dating men or a little rusty to the dating scene. I feel this magazine is better than Essence magazine in some respects. The only thing bad about this magazine is the paging setup and some of the "cheezy" relationship quizzes.

Comment: I SOMEHOW STUBBLED ACROSS THIS MAGAZINE, A FEW YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS BEING TOLD ABOUT HOW THE BLACK WOMAN WAS A WEAK AND DOICLE WOMAN;BUT TODAY WE HAVE ASPIRIED TO BE THE BEST IN ABOUT EVERY THING WE DO AS A PEOPLE;AND HAVING OUR BLACK KING NEXT TO US IN THE STRUGGLE IS ANOTHER THING THAT THIS MAGAZINE HAS SHOWN ME AS A BLACK WOMAN.
